1. What you’re agreeing to
By using klyva.ai you agree to these terms. Klyva AI LLC is registered in Utah, United States. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
2. What Klyva does
Klyva scans your website and scores it 0 to 100 on AI visibility. The score is based on 50 automated checks across 6 categories: AI Bot Access, Schema Markup, GEO Content, Technical, Authority, and SEO Health.
The scan reads only publicly available data from your site (HTML, robots.txt, schema markup, HTTP headers). We do not access password-protected areas, databases, or private systems.
3. Products and pricing

All prices are in USD. All paid products are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
4. Score Improvement Guarantee
For Blueprint buyers:
Apply every fix in your Blueprint. Run your free re-scan. If your score doesn’t improve, email team@klyva.ai. We will review your implementation, identify what’s blocking progress, and resolve it at no additional cost.
This guarantee requires that you:
- Implement all 34 fixes in your Blueprint (not a partial selection)
- Use the built-in re-scan feature to measure your updated score
- Contact us within 60 days of purchase
5. Refunds
- Full Report ($67): Refundable within 7 days if a technical defect prevents delivery. Once delivered, the report is non-refundable because the content has been generated.
- Blueprint ($297): Refundable within 72 hours if the Blueprint has not yet been generated. Once generated, the Score Improvement Guarantee (Section 4) applies instead of a cash refund.
- Done-For-You (+$300): Non-refundable once implementation work begins.
To request a refund, email team@klyva.ai with your order details. We respond within 2 business days.
6. What we don’t promise
The AI visibility score and recommendations are generated by automated analysis. They are informational. They are not professional SEO, legal, or business advice.
We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, AI citations, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes. What we do guarantee is that your score will improve when you implement the fixes (see Section 4).
7. Scanning authorization
When you submit a URL, you confirm you have the right to scan that website. If you scan a site you don’t own or have permission to scan, that’s on you.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Utah state law. Disputes under $10,000 go to binding arbitration (AAA Commercial Rules, seated in Utah). Class action waiver applies.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will email customers with active purchases. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
